We are very proud of the fact that between 80% and 90% of our employees return even though we are a seasonal company and every employee has to look for another job in the winter. This is not a self-evident matter of course, which we appreciate and for which we are infinitely grateful.

Without these "returnees", the house would not be what it is because a long-time employee is instrumental in determining whether a guest feels welcome or not. Which guest does not like to look into a friendly face when he enters the restaurant on his first day of vacation and is greeted by the head waiter with a familiar "Your table as always, with pleasure!"?
